Great for files
these file jackets are very useful in the office setting. We have used them for a long time and in different sizes; like the 1" and the 1 1/2".

They seem like they will do the job of handling larger job folders. Still new so do not know the sturdiness yet. But pleased so far.

Smead Manila File Jackets
I wish they could come up with a way the made the bottom of the file stronger. This is a tyical problem with most expandable files but Smead does have the strongest I've used.

Keeping it Orgagized
I compared prices and found that the 2" width was cheaper than the smaller sized pockets. This filing pocket is larger than some of the others that I have purchased in the past and since I make holiday cards I often buy 12" papers to decorate with. I use this file jackets all the time. I wish they were a little easier to find on staples website. these jackets are great for filing of monthly receipts and quarterly payroll.with the 2 inch size they hold quite a bit.I even store them in my file cabinet with hanging file folders I simply put these in between and they fit perfect. I use these manilla file jackets like they are going out of style. The quality of the cardboard is more than sufficient to hold all of my valuable documents. I buy these in bulk to hold work documents. It seems that nobody uses legal size paper anymore so the letter size envelope is more than sufficient to do all of my work. I would buy these again
I ordered the Smead brand instead of the Staples brand that I used previously. I was not happy with the Staples brand because of flimsey construction and poor quality material. They did not hold up well at all. The Smead brand was cheaper than the Staples brand and I am quite impressed with the material quality & construction. These are much better!
