Poor qualtiy control
It doesn't matter what surface you use this on, the center will not make contact with the floor. Dust and crumbs will just be pushed under the pan.

I've used it a handful of times since I received it a week ago. I was pleasantly surprised by this dustpan! It's lightweight, yet the handle and pan are surprisingly sturdy. Quality Not What it used to be
These have long been my favorite dustpans to use in my kitchens and restaurants. I just bought a box of 4 and they all have the same issue. The bottom edge of the pan is curved so when you sweep a pile into it, all the small particles just go under the pan and only the big particles are captured. Hard to consider it a dustpan when it doesn't pick up dust.

aggravating to use
The handle spins on this dust pan making it extremely aggravating to empty. the handle loosens making the dustpan spin around as you try to empty. NOT RECOMMENDED
