Pentel Gel Pen
This pen is a favorite of most in the office. Writes nice blue for legal documents. I find it does smudge when getting wet runs out of ink quicker than most and is quite pricey.

We really like these pens ... red blue and black
They are smooth writing instruments..would recommend these pens. They don't smear unless you're writing on a glossy finish but they dry quickly.

Great and Disappointing at the same time
I really love these pens they write so well! The only problem is they don't seem to last very long. My last one only lasted 2-3 months but I am hoping that was just a fluke and am trying them again.
