return still not picked up
The FSA received a box of envelopes that needed to be returned. I called Staples --- got a return slip and the box has been ready by the loading dock to be picked up for over a month now. the last order we received was left on the loading dock unsigned. We need this return picked up. it is still sitting at the loading dock.

We really like these pens ... red, blue and black
They are smooth writing instruments..would recommend these pens. They don't smear unless you're writing on a glossy finish, but they dry quickly.

Best Pens for a Lefty
These EnerGel pens don't smear like others. That is huge when you are left handed! I use a lot of the colors -- purple, blue, black & red. The writing is very clear and the tip doesn't tear the page. I do wish that y'all would offer the refills so we wouldn't have to throw away the pens every time we run out of ink. Landfills do get filled, you know.
