Pen arrived broken and leaking in the delivery box
This is negligent to pack pens without proper pcking

Wasteful packaging
The pen is excellent, but it was shipped in a box larger than a shoebox, containing nothing else--the other items in my order were separately packaged. I am amazed at the waste!
