Do NOT Purchase This Item!!!!
While I realize this holder has a clip at the top, sometimes it was not feasible to use it with the papers being worked with. The bottom ledge of the holder has no lip to keep paper in the holder, in fact it actually has a rounded edge the increases the likelihood of the paper sliding out of the holder. Don't Do it
The lip on the bottom is tiny, so 1-2 pages at a time, at most can be there and even then, you'll need to have the arm hold them on. Also made out of cheap plastic. Will do for now, but will get a better one soon. You get what you pay for I guess.

Horrible!
Don't bother purchasing this stand unless you only need to hold 2-3 pages at a time! It would be a great stand, if it held more pages.

Clip on stand is necessary feature
I bought this mainly because of the clip which lets you know where you are on the document from which you are copying. The adjustable angle of the stand is good but I only use the one closest to vertical. Perfectly good for my use.

It's okay
It seems decent. Wish the lip at the bottom was a bit wider. My papers tend to fall off when just sitting on there.

Good for thin reports
Basically does its job, but it was a little tricky to get the guide to attach to the side. Also, this is good if you don't need to put too many sheets on the stand. I use it for thick reports and feel that the bottom lip is not thick enough and that the top clip doesn't open wide enough.
