wonderful
Little expensive but worth it I have several heavy-duty staplers and they are always jamming. So far this one has worked perfect makes work so much easier.

Looooove it!
Super easy to load especially if you have arthritis or carpal tunnel. It staples a large rage of pages & even trims the staple if necessary. Must have for a busy office!

Best heavy duty stapler I have purchased
I have had this now for over 4 years and it still works good. You have to put some force to it but I have never had it jam. Make sure you order the staples that go with it. They break off and leave a nice folded backing to your papers.

GREAT STAPLER
I have had this stapler for over 3 years and it still works great. You do have to use special staples and put some good force when stapling but it works great. My only complaint would be the stapling space where the papers are inserted to staple. It could stand to be a little wider .

A stapler that really gets in there
We recently purchased a second Bostich Heavy Duty Stapler (B380HD) after returning the Bostich Extra Heavy Duty Stapler. The extra heavy duty actually had better reviews than this stapler did but we find it works much better for really 'getting in there' with the staples. Dissatisified
The stapler seemed heavy duty upon first glance but after only a few uses the staples don't lay flat on the back of the packet of paper and we have to hammer the staple down so it doesn't snag. Not impressed with the quality for dollar amount paid.

Great Investment
Worth the money. Busy office that is always going thru heavy duty staplers. Decided to spend a little more this time and it was worth it.

Garbage
The staples aren't trimmed correctly. One side will be totally sheared and the other will be folded properly. Do yourself a favor and buy a stapler that uses different staples.

Great Stapler
This was a replacement for the same one we had before. It is a great stapler that adjusts the staples to the thickness of the paper pile. I highly recommend it.

Leaves much to be desired
The first one we bought we used very sparingly over the course of a month and then it broke. Staples replaced it for free including shipping. The second one lasted a year then broke in the same manner as the first. Very disappointed in Stanley Bostich. Won't buy another one.

Plan on buying this unit again and again
Stapler mechanism broke within three years of use. The staple driving mechanism is not heavy duty enough for the staples that is supposed to drive into the paper. The stapler comes with one inch staples and most of the packets that we staple are less than 5/8 inch or less. The unit is kind of bulky to be used as a paperweight now.

We went thru 2 in less then a year
We ordered this stapler for our office. It was wonderfull at first. Then we started having probles with it. It stoped cutting off the ends of the staples. Yes there is a 7 year warranty but if you go to the website it shows you locations for repair shops And none are near me. The closes repair shop is 30 miles away. Loved it at first now just sick of it.
