All 3 I got were defective
The metal binder rings would not stay closed on any of them, causing the papers to fall out when the page was turned.

I love these notebooks they are terrific.
Only change, take pocket out of left inside and put just a single plastic pocket, not a complete envelope pocket with twisty. Think that would be better and not take up so much room.

Durable and priced right
I bought if for my 6th grade son to use for school. It was a fair price for a binder that is going to last longer than the one I bought at the beginning of the year (it lasted only 2 months before it started falling apart). I spent a little more for a better quality...you get what you pay for!

Best Binder EVER
I must be rough on binders because I ALWAYS rip through any other brand than this Staples brand Better Binder. Personally, I used one all through high school and college. Now I use them for our business. There is nothing out there better. The color selection also makes them an organized managers dream!
