Wish it were easier to find
The website is the only place I can find refills for my favorite pen. I have looked everywhere and nobody carries them around me. It is the only complaint I have about the Sarasa Grand pen.

Best pens ever.
The pens are great. The best things is the ink dries fast and does not smear. They write nice and smooth.

Not waterproof
I thought these might be a good refill for uni-ball 207 pens and while it fits and writes similarly they are not waterproof. I had a small splash of water (didn't actually notice that the paper got wet) and the ink bled through three post-it pages.

Opaque, quick dry and smooth!

Your refills used to be better!
Unfortunately about 25% of the time, these pens skip and can't finish using the refill but still they are better than now using the refills.

Too expensive
Too expensive. Considering you can get the zebra private label brand for much cheaper at a fraction of the cost, it's not worth it to buy these. A little reddit research can direct you to a much cheaper option.

I would highly recommend purchasing this product from Staples. I love the refills. I had no problem with inserting the refills. I received my refills next business day with no delay. Great product & wonderful customer service!
