Great service
I didn’t order anything real big but I’m telling you it was so simple. It’s shipped to your house free if you want or you can pick it up in the store. I really don’t like all the new technology but the stuff you want you have to order because the stores can’t carry everything. Great job

lose ink after a few minutes
The pen is constantly dry after a few minutes of use of each of the pens.

Great pens - when they work
I've used these pens for a while now - and the quality has gotten significantly worse with my last order. The amount of skips and inconsistency in ink flow is going to make me look at other sources. The 'guarantee' is only to replace these pens with the same make and model and I can't do more of the same.

Writes smooth great grip
Stumbled across this pen after that I've been using it since. It wasn't hard to change from the pen I had been using for the last 17 years. This pen writes far more smoothly than any other. I'd put it up to any other writing pens.

I'm a pen snob and these are so good!
I love gel pens but i like fluid writing. These are so smooth they never falter. So good! They need more colors!

Works Fine But LEAKS
I was happy with the pens until they LEAKED. Very unhappy trying to clean up that mess!

A previous employer had ordered this pen and had me hooked. Now that I have moved and work elsewhere I order these for myself.. because I HAVE TO HAVE THIS PEN. It writes perfectly. Certain coworkers try to steal my pen constantly so I have given them a supply as well.
