Cartoons/Art work out luneing

Doesn't bleed through the paper.
I've been using the Papermate Flair pens long before the other company became so popular. The point holds it's sharpness for a long time; usually longer that it takes to run dry!

Satisficed - But Website needs some work
Good Price but for some reason the website would not allow me to apply a legitimate verified gift card value during check-out. I had to contact customer support which took about an hour to resolve on the phone. For my trouble, the support rep. waived the shipping fee.
