Lost power cord
I carried the power cord in with the lap top and the all in one computer to install the new 365 Microsoft office. When we came to pick up the computers,the power cord wasn't there. Resetting my Epson Printer

TGhe two young guys, Coel and Bfran don, solved the issues I had trying to set up my computer. First, they transferred the data, then they were able to solve why my keyboard would not function. They did this in about an hour after I spent 4 hours on the telephone with HP.

The service by the store manager in caring for my computer was amazing. He was very polite and helpful. He installed the anti virus and updated and made sure that the antivirus company I chose would not automatically charge me via auto renewal for the upcoming year upon my request. Staples tech team is the best.
We brought the laptop in and they were able to not only fix it but also upgrade it. They’re completely professional. The turn around and pricing was amazing. They are the best at what they do.

Staples saves the day
I was afraid to install a new driver in my old computer so I took it to staples to do it. They found virus’s and fixed and did a bunch of things I needed done so my printer and computer would work. I could not have asked for better service, it was nice to know my compter was safe and secure. Thank you staples.
