Poor quality pen
I used this in my charting at the hospital where I work. The second night, it (the ink) came out in a huge clump and ruined that page of the chart! I threw the pen away. I will not purchase this type of pen again!

Very good pen
Pen writes very well! Very smooth and precise. The only thing that I don't like is that the last 1/8 of an inch of the writing end of the pen is very small in diameter and makes it a high potential area to break. It should have some type of rigid piece at the tip to prevent this. Or continue the tapered case further to protect it or guide it.
