Poor quality pen
I used this in my charting at the hospital where I work. The second night, it (the ink) came out in a huge clump and ruined that page of the chart! I threw the pen away. I will not purchase this type of pen again!

not recommended for a lefty - Pilot Precise V7 RT Retractable
I love the easy grip. feels good in my hand and there is such a vivid blue. Very smooth writing no gapping in ink. now the downfall -This ink will smear does not dry automatically so i would not recommend to a lefty. But does dry in about 6 seconds. if using a highlighter might want to give it a while to set. does smear even after about 5 minutes. With that being said,...

Regular color Blue
Based on the box, I thought these pens would be a lighter shade of blue. However, they are normal blue ink. I am completely fine with that. Not sure the difference between V5 and V7 but I love these pens.

Best ink pens ever!
I love the original Pilot Precise pens for the way they write, but I used to wish they were retractable like the Pilot G2. I just discovered these a couple weeks ago. This pen gives me the best of both! I will definitely keep these on the shopping list.

Pilot Precise V7 RT Pen
I ordered these pens for my office. We needed some better writing pens and I chose these over the regular ink pen. This pen is awesome. It writes smoothly as it glides over the paper you're writing on, the grip is just right for me and it look professional. For the record I'm not a gel pen type of person, but this pen may just make me a believer. ;>)
