Not sturdy
Not as strong as I expected. Drawer is hard to slide in and out,

Great file storage box
These boxes are sturdy and the drawer makes them easy to get in and out of when you need to search for a file. I'm never going back to storing files in boxes with a lift-off lid.

Bankers Storage Drawers
We use the drawers to store closed files, they are great for the most part. The plastic handles do not hold well once you fill the drawers - we fill them pretty full! You cannot stack them more than 3 high and that is pushing it. Once the drawers are full they start to collapse - they are cardboard. For the most part, they serve the intended purpose. not a good value for the money
While the boxes are a good idea, you must make sure you use all the parts or the boxes won't last long at all. you can not fill them all the way up, maybe half full or they will collapse when you stack them. Not recommended if you have to go in and out of the boxes as the handles pull off easily. Better off buy shelving units for the cost of these boxes - too expensive.

Banker Storage Box Review
first time I loaded the drawer and pulled on the handle, it broke. Maybe the files were too heavy. but they fit. In the past I had no trouble at all. I have purchased and used them for past files (that we keep) for over a decade. Could it be that they are not the same quality? I would recommend these for light duty, not the heavy that was advertised.

IT'S EASY TO SET UP AND DOESN'T TAKE LONG TO DO SO AND IT'S STURDY. WE'VE USED THEM HERE AT STEELE TRUCK CENTER, INC. FOR YEARS AND IN THE STORAGE ROOM THEY'VE HELD UP TO ALL KINDS OF NASTY AND HAVEN'T BROKEN. WE GET THEM AT LEAST TWICE A YEAR FOR OUR FILES THAT ARE OUT DATED.
