Okay Desk
Many parts and pieces. The large drawer is missing the slides, that's why it is sitting lower. Contacted the Mfg. It's been over a week and haven't heard anything on when they will send some.

An Assembly Nightmare
Overall I'm happy with the desk. One flaw -- the keyboard and mouse do not fit on the keyboard tray. Getting used to the mouse on the top of the desk is not a game changer. As the desk can be assembled in one of two ways -- drawers on left, keyboard on right or drawers on right, keyboard on left the directions were virtually non existent. The parts were not all labe...

Really nice looking and functional product, but directions could have been more clear (screws not clearly marked, etc). One corner of desk also damaged prior to arrival, which is disappointing for an expensive desk

Very pleased.
The desk and filing cabinet fit perfectly where i wanted them. They seem to be sturdy. My only complaint is that in the filing cabinet they did not provide 2 folder hangers, and I would have liked 2per drawer because I do not have any legal size documents.

Looks great
It was well made and a good price, it took a while to put together, but the directions were excellent and all the hole were pre-drilled and correct in the right places.

Somerset Bush brand desk
The desk went together without issue, while following enclosed instructions. It did take several hours. The only undesirable item are the legs which look nice but made of plastic. Good value

Good desk except...
We were missing the hardware. Having to wait for several days to finish putting it together.
The parts were not labeled very well. Hopefully when all is said and done we will be happy with the finished product.

Assembly instructions are awful
The instructions to assemble the desk are terrible - small pictures, obscure labels, no words. It took 3 people nearly 4 hours to put this thing together. It's nice once assembled, but I would never buy a second one.
