Misleading information

Doesn't fit PT-H11-0
The specifications are unclear. It says this product is useable in any P-Touch label maker. I have the PT-H110 and this new, less plastic model will not fit into my label maker. I spent time online trying to find the replacement tapes and this is what came up and it's incorrect.

The Brother M2312PK 12mm (0.47") x 26.2 ft. (8m) Black on White Non-Laminated tape, sold in a 2-pack, is not compatible with the Brother PT-H110 labeling machine. The PT-H110 model only accepts TZe tapes. Below is a link to the list of compatible tapes for the Brother PT-H110 machine.

Delivery and Order
I ordered the product on a Thursday. It said it was coming Friday. Friday came and went and no delivery and now set for Tuesday. Tuesday came and went as well and they asked me to rate the delivery when it was never delivered. I finally got it Thursday the following week. No updates or anything were provided.

It works well but
This tape works very well but they have made a change that makes it less desirable. The backing used to come off easily by bending the tape in the middle where there was a seam. This seam no longer exists and it takes sharp fingernails to get the backing removed.

Several of your employees and cashier was very polite and helping me. They get the merchandise and checking me out as quickly. I also got the wrong items. I went straight to the cashier and he was so polite and told me I can switch the items and come straight to him.

They work fine but..
I’m very happy with how these print and come out of my P-touch…however at one time the labels came with the ability to pinch them and there would be a split down the middle of the back so one could easily peal off the protection from the sticky side now you need a good set of fingernails and some patience to peal the backside of. It can be frustrating.
