Works great
I ship a lot of big boxes. This scale is perfect size for the dimensions. Its sturdy and the rubber mat works well so the boxes don't slip off. I highly recommend this product.

Broke after 2 weeks, being sent replacement
First 2 weeks were wonderful, and productive. Work day #11, an estimated 30 lb box read 367 lbs. Used manual, recalibrated, did not resolve. $320 estimate to repair and calibrate, most of the original purchase price.
Staples is replacing with same model at no cost, just time lost. Hopefully, just a 1 time thing.
