Best Pen I've ever used
I bought this a year or two ago, and FINALLY, it ran out of ink. It was so good that I bought it again. The best part is that it helps me write faster than with any other pen. I would recommend this pen to anyone and everyone.

Best pen on the market!
Been using the Zebra 402 for years, smoothest writing pen I can find. Doesn't splash out too much ink, ball point is incredibly smooth, and has very fine precision. The rubber grip is also very comfortable, a good size for any hand. 10/10

Light ink
The pens look cool but not much ink comes out. I bought 2 black and 4 blue and they all have very light ink.

Disappointed
I don't know why but, I told a friend of mine about how great these 402 pens were and he went out and purchase a box of them. He started using them only to learn they were all dried up. That's expensive as much as it is disappointing. I won't brag about them anymore!

Great Pens!
Zebra pens are my favorite and these have a comfort pad on the barrel which is very nice. The weight and feel of these are excellent.

This pen is the reason why I only write with 0.5mm now
I had this pen for over 2 years. Became emotionally attached. Bought refills. Didn't even buy it, found it laying in the mud and never stopped using it until it snapped in half in my hand. Worked in below 0°F temps, on wet paper, and pretty much any surface I put it to. It never once failed to write until the cartridge was empty. Bring back 0.5mm please.

Great pen
These pens have a very fine point for precision writing especially on documents with limited space. And the grip is good but not too thick.

My Favorite Pens!
These have been my favorite pen since 2000! If only people wouldn’t walk away with my pen after discovering how nice the Zebra F-402 writes and feels in the hand! These last forever and are refillable too!

2nd best only to the Z-mulsion LX
After over 10 years in the government I became a pen snob. By far my favorite is the Z-mulsion LX 1.0mm which is no longer available. The F-402 with a 1.0mm refill is close. The weight and textural feel is the same even though it is slightly shorter. I use rite-in-the-rain paper so can't use gel pens. Gel (water based ink) won't stick to waterproof paper. No other ink w...

Please update f402 with wider point too scratchy.
The f402 needs a broader tip 1.0 up to 1.4 with z mulsion ink technology. please, please bring back z mulsion ink technology and put it in the f402 barrel, I agree with previous post that would be a perfect pen.

Ink shortage
I love the way these pen write but there is never enough ink in them. It's like is a 2 week trial size in it. After 2 weeks I have to buy new ones cause where I buy these they NEVER have the refills for them. These pens are not cheap just to use for two weeks and add to the junk drawer. I give it a 2 star rating but would be a 5 star if they lasted longer. I'd recommend...

Great pen
Writes evenly and well doesn't skip or smudge. I tend to use light pressure and have small wrtiting--perfect.

the barrel is the perfect
the barrel is the perfect feel...however the ink is not smooth at all very scratchy, combine the z mulsion ink technology with the f402 and that would be the perfect pen....in my opinion. so why did you guys stop making the z mulsion ink anyway?

I love the way your blue
I love the way your blue f 402 writes however, I have had nothing but frustration with the last two I purchased. They write fine for a while and then begin skipping and don't write at all. There looks like there is plenty of ink in them but they only work awhile and then quit. Very frustrated and disappointed with your product. And these are not the first set of your pe...

I love your pens . As far as the sleeve siding down on the F402 a couple of pricks with sharp object near the top stops that.
