Doesn’t Do What I Bought It For
I’m taking a wood carving class and discovered that my old compass would not stay the way I set it. I needed to buy a compass that would hold its position. Great math set reasonably priced
This math set was recommended by my daughter’s math teacher. The pieces are all useful and easy to use. I also thought the set was reasonably priced.

Just what I needed
Has a good compass as well as a compass with pencil which is what I really wanted. Protractor ruler stencils squares were bonus. Understand that for the price you aren't getting ultra-high quality but you're getting a serviceable set of tools.

Flimsy poor quality
This came in a tin box so I couldn’t see how useless the plastic compass is. I had to cut the outside cardboard to open the tin box so I can’t return it. Staedtler is usually a reliable brand but not this time. I plan to trade up elsewhere.

Very Basic Set
I was not expecting much for the price. I wanted the dividers not rulers. The dividers were very tiny @4 inches long. The rulers are fine but small.
