it took 10 days and a huge box to receive this
Bought filament tape on-sale for $1.35 along with several other items perhaps 6 total items. Staples took 4 shipments and up to 10 days to get these items to me. Really? Is that the best Staples can do? Ouch!

PICTURE SHOWS a VERY DIFFERENT ROLL THAN THEY SENT TO ME
PICTURE SHOWS A WIDE ROLL OF TAPE BUT WHAT YOU GET IS VERY NARROW ABOUT 1 INCH. NOT USEABLE FOR WHAT I ORDERED IT FOR :-(

the tape is fine quality incorrect photo shown
I don't think the incorrect photo should be held against the quality of the tape itself. If we were able to we should demerit the staples SITE for their error. Staples please correct the photo it is wrong and it is confusing to your customers.
