LOVE IT!

Still Not the Size I Needed
Have sent back 4 of 2 different sizes. It was not my size I was looking for too small for what was to be stored in them. FYI The Website has size & descriptions switched between these totes. I finally chose a soft case with handles to carry my media.

Becareful when lifting
The latch doesn't work if you lift it by the handle you files will fall out. The drawer is difficult to open

Love this box Overall!
The base with my office supplies (paper clips pens etc.) is a little difficult to get out at times. Otherwise I LOVE this box for my office as I just moved to working from home and only coming into my now shared office space for a couple of hours each week. Very disappointed Staples should pick this up offer $10 gift card for the hassle
I would not buy again I would not recommend I prefer to shop online and if I had seen a video or picture of how this clip worked I would not have purchased this. No substitute for going to the brick and mortar store and testing it for myself. However I full walk through video may have been enough. Possibly a photo or drawing of how the clip engages maybe. Just What I Was Looking For
I ordered this to keep all my work organized while I work from home. It is working out well with one exception. You have to remove the tray completely to open the lid of the tray and then it is difficult to put back in. I think this is caused by the weight of files in the storage file box. Perfect Monthly Bill Box
I was looking for a box to hold our monthly bills. This one is perfect. It came with metal bars so I can use the file folders with clips on the end. Then for an additional feature it has a pullout drawer in the bottom for supplies. Thank you Staples for this perfect "Bill Box".

Worst product I have ever purchased from Staples. The latch does not latch so I cannot carry it by the handle which is a terrible inconvenience!

Dose not Close POORLY MADE
Poorly made and it dose not close they are made wrong so only if you are going to use it without moving it than it's okay other than that there is a much better one and cheaper so look for something else DO NOT BUY THIS ! YOU WILL THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!

Good file box
This file box is the only one big enough for the binders we use. But the latch is not very sturdy and leave a large hole when it falls off.

Good for the price
Good for the price. I bought it because I had purchased one prior and was happy with it and wanted another to match it. I was a little surprised that the gray did not match in color and glisten with the prior one that I had purchased. Apparently it was a slightly different dye lot?

Quality for an affordable price!
We were very pleased with the quality of this file box with organizer drawer. It was perfect for our application and the great price was a bonus.
