I have tried to use this several times and every time I try to print it says label jam. I take the cartridge out, put it back in and same error. I read online and this machine is known for this issue.

Great for printing just fonts
I have had this for over 5 years and works great though I would have hoped it also had Bluetooth connection or some interface. 12mm labels allows for lines to be printed on a label. Various options of center, left or right alignment is available. Its so good that I am now looking to buy a second unit for my office.

HORRIBLE PURCHASE
I OPENED IT AND TRIED TO USE I LOADED THE LABELS AND IT KEPT GIVING ME AN ERROR MESSAGE. NOW IT WONT EVEN TURN ON. PUT BRAND NEW BATTERIES AND PLUGGED IT IN AND NOTHING!!

Perfectly compact!
I absolutely love this label maker! It’s worth every penny. I’m a teaching intern and I have a ton of documents and supplies to label. This product made everything easier and I’d definitely recommend it to everyone!

it's a bit complicated
I ordered this label maker because my favorite style was not available. This is confusing a bit complicated and it feels like you really have to read a manual before operating. I love the LetraTag that I had before and if I could I would gladly exchange it. I also don't feel comfortable with the tape being dispensed with the black ribbon. I wished I could actually get ...

Great Product!
This is the second DYMO Labelmaker that I have owned. I wore out the old one. I had it for about 7 years or more. They work great and the labels are perfectly clear and there is no problem with them whatsoever. The label cartriges are easy to find and are not very expensive.

It's easy and handy to carry around.
I like it I use it to walk around the hospital and label things since it is battery powered and in my office on the provided power supply.

stuck on extra small
Purchased for student used several times on large worked great until font size changed to extra small. Lableler was then was stuck on extra small and unable to reset.
