So, what can I say? It was so easy to use, the finished product was excellent, and only took a minute to warm up. Hard to improve on that.

This machine hasn't worked correctly from the beginning. We are constantly using the cleaning sheets and then it will only laminate one sheet and goes back to backing the sheet out.

It works but is stinky and loud.
Great heating time slow-ish for lamenating and does a great job. It's still stinky and loud when on after laminating 10 or so documents.

Failed the first day...
We ordered this laminator for a moderately busy office. It seized up and failed the very first day of use with a small project of 15 regular sized pages. We've had a different Fellowes model that has been a workhorse for years but this one is awful.

dont bother
Poor quality. Only worked well for the first 10-15 we used it (over a 6 month time frame) now it reverses and stalls or you have to run it thru 2 times to get a complete seal. No recourse as it's over the warrenty period.

Poor Quality
We purchased this laminator for the office before Covid and it's been used on no more than 5 occasions for minimal jobs (5 pages or less). Today the laminating sheet became jammed we had to get a screwdriver to access the jam (there's no quick release on this machine) and by the time we got to it it had melted to the rollers. Fellowes Neptune 3 purchased for a home business

Terrible don't buy
Had to replace it within the first month and then second one within 2 months. Just goes in reverse and swallows up your laminated sheets and can not be used.

Pretty Good So Far
Just got this today for our hospital office. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Doesn't get hot on outside (as it says it doesn't do.) Tray on back is a great feature! A top notch home office laminator
An excellent device for laminating papers and ID type cards. Automatically choosing the correct settings for 3 through 7 mil pouches. No bubbles or wrinkles.
