I like the coil at the top
Great tablet. I used it all the time. I am left handed so the coil at the top works better; it's out of the way. You can also tear pages out neatly as it's perforated at the top. Perfect tablet.

Tops of pages stuck together
I ordered two of these notebooks. In both cases the tops of the pages near the spriral binding (above perforations) were stuck together so it is difficult to flip pages without ripping pages. Fatal flaw in the product.

Ampad Gold Fibre Wide Ruled Notepads
These notebooks are filled with good quality paper, making it easier to take notes, turn pages, etc. They are a staple for our office meetings.

Tops of pages get stuck
I have used these for years and the last couple of batches I have purchased have trouble when turning the page. The tops of the pages get stuck, therefore you have to tear the paper out to get it unstuck.

Great for left handers
I love the top wirebound notepads. Using a traditional wirebound notebook always leaves my hand creased by the wires. The top bound design saves my hand and wrist. Great product.

Construction now back to good
In earlier orders these notebooks were glued at the top, above the perforation. In this recent order the pages are now freely turning. And the perforations are better, the pages can be removed easily. Overall a distinct improvement similar to a few years ago. I like these notebooks with the numbered lines and date box.

Exactly what she wanted

Just the flip notebooks I wanted
I have a leather portfolio, and these slip right into the slot. I like how the cover is thick enough so that the pages don't become dog-eared as fast as a thinner cover would allow. If I could get college-rulled pages with thinner lines, that'd be my first choice, but these will do.

Backing not as stiff as before
I have used these notebooks for 7 years and love them for their rigid backing that makes it so I don't need a clipboard when I'm taking notes on the run. But this time the backing was flimsier. It's still just strong enough to use but not as solid as before, which is disappointing to me. I'll have to find another brand if this is not changed back.
