Great Pen!
I use this pen all day, every day for work and I love it. It doesn't glob up with ink on the ball like other pens do. It also writes smoothly and evenly as well. Customers comment all the time how nice my pen is too.
The one change I did make, is when I purchased refills for my pen I switch from the fine point to the medium point and that change made this a full 5 star ...

I would not buy this pen again!
I loved the pen until it stopped retracting the tip. There were time when a slight tap and it would retract but the almost never reliable. I have lots of the other pens so I'll go back to the 301s. The biggest challenge is what do I do with 3 extra refills?

Beauty is skin deep
I was initially excited about this pen. I found the textured part of the barrel scratchy and not comfortable on my fingers. The black ink is more like dark gray. The writing tip is a bit scratchy.

It's a fine scribbler

Best "off the cuff" presents ever
I work in construction outside every day. This pen meets all the requirements of the best field pen ever. I have given a half a dozen of these away as gifts, and still see them being used 5 yrs later.

More people should buy this. 'Satisfying to use.
Works great. Only thing I thought was funny about it was how it'd felt when I'd click it, it's not smooth. I started to like the pen more after a while. The weight of it makes it feel more durable, heavy duty & higher quality.
