Did not work!
I purchased a gold Pineapple Pen from Staples this past Summer. Ink Refill Cartridge looked nearly identical to the ink that was in the pen. It ended up being geing too small :(

The clerk that helped me find a ball point ink refill was excellent.

Great customer service
Looking for a pen refill that was an odd size for a specialty pen. Was greeted at the door and when I asked she immediately walked me over to help me find it and thank goodness you had it in stock!!

The pen refill was hard to find but Staples had it and it worked will with my pen. Finding this eliminated me having to throw away a pen that I am fond of and enjoy using.

Didn't Fit
Well, I actually bought this for my Rotring Multi pen.......the refills are the same length, but the Zebra was a smaller diameter and kept falling out so I returned the purchase. I liked the way the Zebra refill wrote....very smooth.....too bad it didn't fit. I will have to search on-line stores for Rotring black fine point refills.

Nice pen
I like how the pen retracts. It works well though the ink cartridges are a bit non-standard. Occasionally, the pen "sticks" while I'm writing. Not a fan of that but, on the whole, I like the product.

exactly what I needed
Although I looked for this by myself, I could not find the refill I needed. I was very grateful to the young cashier who walked back to the pen refills and found it almost immediately. Now I can continue using my favorite pens! I love the Staples in the Burbank Empire Center. I have always had great customer service in the store and with their printing department.

Never have what I need
It's a waste of time going to Staples. I can never find what I want, and if I do, the quantities are ridiculous. I hate that Staples has put small stationary stores out of business. I just needed a pen refill and can't find most refills and this one, once I got home was the wrong size. 2 Trips to Staples for nothing.
