Not as advertised
Cord is not 12 foot as it says; is only 12 inches. Would not purchase again.

NOT a 12’ Telephone Cord!
This is NOT a 12’ telephone cord, even when stretched out! It’s just under 2’. It’s so short that the Lan phone lifts off the table when I put the receiver to my ear. I have to lean toward the phone to keep the phone from moving.

12' IS STRETCHING IT
the cord is nice and well made. However, claiming it will stretch to 12' is misleading. If it is pulled to the max, it will reach 12' - however, under normal circumstances, if you try to go 6ft, it pulls your phone off the desk.

Wrong length.
I didn't but the 12' cord, I bought the short 1' cord. It works like a charm. It was hard to find, but it was just what I was looking for.

Necessary old school wire
Our phone kept cracking and dropping the voice of the user--- and the scotch tape we used to fix this issue no longer worked. Now no voice issues, a crystal clear phone conversation.

Great replacement cable
