Out of touch order/credit card process.
It took me 3 times to finally get this order replaced. I had to replace credit card and did this on phone and 2 times by email. Order kept getting delayed and had to buy coffee to get by until order was finally accepted. Poor credit information procurement.

I'm going to be angry at Keurig for many years
It's not Kahlua. Keurig canceled my go-to coffee and this is an okay alternative. While I still like my k-cup coffee brewing system and the simplicity of single cup, I don't appreciate and find it hard to forgive the abrupt cancelation of my chosen blend.

Great taste
I made a mistake when ordering this meant to order our usual the decaf version but this is excellent can't drink all day to much caffeine but good for the first two cups!
