Does Not Fit Into Handset
This was bought to fit on a standard corded office phone to replace. This one does not fit into a standard phone. The part that inserts into the handset is too short to go in and stay. Poor design.

Not helpful
This little thing seemed to be fairly cheaply made, and it was too short to fit into our Mitel desk phones. I threw it out.

Would not use again
this product worked great for about one week. After that, static and interruptions to calls were the norm because the connection wasn't staying tight. Would not reorder

Does not fit
I'm sure it is a very good product, but it does not fit the phones at work. This is my second time ordering a product like this from Staples, but neither one has worked out.

Do Not Recommend
Works okay with detangling the cord but when it twists, it cuts out the caller. Work on the phone quite a bit so cannot use it.

DON'T BUY
This attachment will not fit into the phone base or handle because it is not deep enough. I have a normal 4 line phone and never had this problem.

Doesn't fit in phone jack
We went with this product because it was the only one available on the site at the time. The connecting piece is too short to actually click into the phone, and unfortunately, is useless to us.

Worked Great...At First
Worked Great at first. I have had it plugged in for approx. 2 months and about 2 weeks ago, there was a lot of static on the line.

Love that it keeps the phone detangled
It works really well to keep the phone cord untangled, but sometimes there's static on the line, which only happened when using it.

Does not work
It may stop the phone lines from tangling but the phone cuts in and out when it is in place. I never had issues with our phone before. I installed the device to stop it from tangling and it began cutting in and out. I removed the device and the phone works again. I will put up with the tangling but I can hear the people I call or that call me.
