The tape is not as wide as the sample I too to show the guy who helped me. Also the tape was very thin and flimsy I would not recommend it to anyone and regret that I bought it.

What happened to Scotch Tape?
It seems that Scotch tapeis getting narrower! Also It didn't fit snugly on my standard dispenser.

Asked the employee for information on this item and I was assured that this tape would fit my dispenser I was assured it would fit however it doesn't even come close. So returning item!!

Overpriced
Almost $6 for a roll of 1/4” tape is outrageous! There were no other choices no 1/2” tape nor a staples house brand. I won’t be buying at staples anytime soon.

Kinda thin but fits the dispenser
Very thin clear sticky tape. It fits the dispenser but it’s not my favorite tape to use.

This Scotch Tape is used by me as a supplement to 3M heavy duty tape I use in packaging items I sell on line. It is well worth the price.

tape that does not tear
The transparent tape does not tear. The magic tape sometimes tears vertically when getting it out of the tape dispenser but the transparent tape is stronger and does not tear except at the part where it comes off the jagged edge of the dispenser so I like the transparent tape.

I love how long it lasts.
Having a bigger roll will last me 3 months versus a small roll that may last me a month.

read the description before selecting.
I was disappointed that the tape was 1/2". My mistake not staples. I generally purchase the 3/4" but didn't see it. Next time I look closer to the description.!

Tape to the rescue!
Doing giftwrap at Woodbridge Mall we quickly ran out of tape! Staples to the rescue! I was only sorry there wasn’t more available on the shelf.
