Rough burrs on the handles
As an occupational therapist I was looking for "cool" scissors that are easy to open and sharp. Teaching young children to cut requires a good pair of scissors. The hard clear plastic was not finished on either pair of scissors that I purchased. This made the grasp area painful to hold. Can run with these scissors!!
Great cutting tools. They cut left and cut right with little or no complaints. I like scissors that don't complain. With the blunt points, I personally feel much more comfortable running with them. You never know when you need to. Now we are prepared. Would recommend them to any 4 year old needing to cut paper, hair, or other various assorted items.

This is really a great product. Great for the little ones and I use it a lot too! I haven't found bother 'safe' scissors Ilike as much s this one. I I'll be buying more to send across to the foreign missions for our school kits. I have bought a lot of them but this one is definitely the very best. Thank you for a great product!

Good size for small hands
I purchased a few pairs of these scissors for use by the children in my day home. They have a good sized blade, not too big, but big enough to be useful; the kids like the colourful handles and I like the microban protection. I find they are a bit stiff to use, but hopefully they'll loosen up a bit with use.
All in all, a good budget-friendly choice.
