Waste of money...
This phone cord is a total waste of money. It stays tangled constantly and nothing helps. I do not recommend.

Not 12' long
Didn't open box - not the 12' cord I thought I was getting. Nothing appears wrong with it it's just the same length as the standard ones we already have. Returning and getting the 25' instead. Maybe that's the length before they coiled it up?

Good cord for the price
This cord served it's purpose and was inexpensive in comparison to the other options available. The only issue is that the wire insulation frayed near the receiver connection within a few weeks.
