"Matte Clear" = hazy, ink rubs off easily
My review is based on an IN-STORE purchase, not an online purchase. Online, this product is called "Matte Clear" - but that packaging in my local Staples store only says "Clear." not clear
The word clear doesn't fit this label
it's has a light white film on it and when placed on something you can see
it stands out clear to me means you just see the writing and you don't see the label

Work well with inkjet printer
Template was easy to find and use to print on i used an inkjet printer and they dried quickly and did not smear. The labels peeled up easily and stuck down and smoothed out well, but they are not repositionable at least on paper so take your time to get them down correctly the first time.

Avery Matte Clear Shipping Labels
I bought a lot of them for a post card project. My handwriting is pretty bad.
I used the label to write a note to a number of people with a font that I liked.
I printed the writing on the labels. Put the labels on the post cards. They looked
beautiful. Mailed them out and felt great satisfaction.
