Didn't make it 3 months
We’ve used this stapler only minimally since purchasing it — in fact we’ve only had to refill it once. Unfortunately when we finally needed to rely on it for regular use today it jammed and malfunctioned after fewer than 50 uses. Extremely disappointing performance for a product that was barely broken in.

the connection from cord to stapler broke
the ac/dc adaptar to the stapler connection - no longer functions. for the cost you expect to have it for a long time. nope.

Does not staple as easy you have to really try hard to get the papers in it and back far enough. Not a good model.

Smooth stapling but inconvenient due to re-loading of staples since you can't load the full strip.

Small Stapler
Too small; does Not staple 20 pages. Does not hold full strip of staples; jams and tears the papers. Pay more & get a larger stapler.

Works Good
I'm an office manager. Bought this stapler to be able to stop picking my other one up so much (repetitive motion). I like everything about the stapler EXCEPT it doesn't hold a full band of staples. I have to break it in half before I load it. Need to make sure it is clearly listed in the description that it doesn't take a full band of staples.

Stopped working
bought this a couple months ago and the the part to refill staples got stuck. this is an item that's over $50 and it should last more than a couple months.
