Fantastic coffee grinder
Cup contains the perfect amount of coffee to brew one strong 12 cup carafe. Previously had to grind two batches to fill the filter.

Blade/cup connection fails
Nice looking and nice operating coffee grinder - but it is only good for about 2 years use before the blade/cup connection fails. A replacement blade/cup costs $30 plus tax, shipping, etc which is almost as much as an entirely new machine. I have three broken grinders lined up to remind me never to buy another one. Planned obsolescence or is Cuisinart unable to engineer...

High-quality with a removable cup. The best.
Powerful, good size grinder, but most of all with the removable cup that you can put in the dishwasher. This allows us to get one strong flavor out and put another one in. A rare and valuable asset.

Bad Quality
Horrible product. All of the sudden the blade just busts and I cannot use it anymore and they won't warranty it. Absolute garbage.

Not a good purchase
This does not grind the beans completely. Also need to use a spatula to get all of the grinds out

I’m grinding!
Great item, I purchased years ago and forgot it while on vacation. I was happy to find another one. I’ll be using it for my dried herbs and other items!

Good Coffee Grinder
I looked at a number of coffee grinders and this one is used by lots of people who have had them for years. It also can be used to grind other foods. I'm not fussy about my coffee beyond wanting it to be a consistent brew which is what I'm getting with this Cuisinart.

Poor build quality
Not a heavy duty grinder. Does a decent job but the jar and the lid does not last long. The jar by itself cost 80% of the grinder cost and that is not consumer centric. I am not buying this appliance a second time.

A simple but effective coffee grinder.
This was a replacement for the same model I had been using for years. I recently purchased a burr machine coffee grinder that turned my whole beans into a feathery dust that clung to the interior of the collection cup. Excellent Coffee grinder!
I bought this a month ago because I enjoy the taste of fresh ground coffee. The quality of this grinder is top-of-the-line! It has a large grinding space which I do like, and it grinds very fast saving a lot of time!

Grinds coffee to the perfect level after only 10 to 12 seconds. Impressive. Sensi grind about half a pound ahead I’m a little disappointed in the capacity of each grade. But I’ve learned to management without much hassle.
Overall, the quality of the unit is up to the typical Cuisinart standards.

Do not recommend this product
I got this grinder approximately 1 to 1.5 years ago. This was used only for coffee grinding 3-4 times per week for 4 cups of coffee. I had to discard today as the grinder made some different sound. when lid opened, found some plastic part above the steel blades broke off while I was grinding coffee(see pictures, the broken plastic is visible inside the bowl). Great Little Grinder
Great little grinder. I use it for dried herbs and spices. I like that I can remove the grinding cup and wash it. I bought it a local kitchen supply store, paying a few dollars more. I prefer keeping my money local and out of Amazons growing profits.

Seriously satisfied!!
We have owned this same grinder since they came out many years ago. Love it but needed to replace as we sometimes grind beans twice a day! Workhorses sometime die😉
