Good for Mailing and Crafts
I use these labels for regular business mailing labels and also as gift cards, crafts, labels for boxes stored in the garage for china and Christmas ornaments - multiple uses all year long. You can download templates from Avery, or create your own designs. I use the mailing labels as is, but cut out various shapes I want for holiday crafts. For example, see Thanksgiving...

Avery TrueBlock Inkjet Shipping Labels
They don't STICK!! Tried using for shipping boxes. Had to clear tape over ALL of them as the adhesive did not adhere to boxes.

Just the right size
These labels are just the right size for sticking on the backs of personalized greeting cards. You figure out a short message that will fit, type it, print it, peel it off, stick it on a photo, put it in an envelope, and send it to your family member or friend.

Good for using with Stamps.com
Stamps.com has an annoying problem. Even though I can set my printer to print on envelopes for large envelopes it doesn't print exactly as its previews show. It misses printing vertical bars.
So I decided to use labels, for lightweight envelope they work well. Heavier envelopes may need a half- page label.
