Good for Mailing and Crafts
I use these labels for regular business mailing labels and also as gift cards, crafts, labels for boxes stored in the garage for china and Christmas ornaments - multiple uses all year long. You can download templates from Avery, or create your own designs. I use the mailing labels as is, but cut out various shapes I want for holiday crafts. For example, see Thanksgiving...

Avery TrueBlock Inkjet Shipping Labels
They don't STICK!! Tried using for shipping boxes. Had to clear tape over ALL of them as the adhesive did not adhere to boxes.

Great!!
Think purchased a product for Laser, try to print them and they caused a "paper jam"!! Not meant for Inkjet printer!! But they stick very well, by hand!!

Easy to self print
Had planned to order labels in line thru Avery website and save the ink but these labels were just so easy to self print my own and save about $10.00. Also the ink for printing about 6 pages was minimal.

Worked to resolve a problem
I had to send out an urgent correction to members of an organization that I write a Newsletter for. So in an effort to save $$, I sent postcards to the members with the correction information printed on these labels and they fit perfectly on the USPS postcards.
So used in another way other then intended as a mailing label.

Package says "Ink Jet" but works fine with my laser printer. I've never found my label # 8164 in a package marked "laser." Maybe Avery should label package "Ink Jet and Laser."Have a meeting with them.

Avery shipping labels
These labels are perfect for boxes or large envelopes. Avery.com helps you print your labels free on your own printer. There is a bit of learning curve, but there is also plenty of helpful information. I recommend this product.
