Lost Ground Connection within a Year
After installing this for my EV charger, I started getting ground faults within a year. Discovered that the rivet had become loose and that the ground receptacle is not one piece, but rather two pieces which will result in a loose connection if the rivet comes loose. Avoid this plug. Also, mine was labeled as Eaton and not Cooper as the photos show.
