Cross pen refills
The agent provided me with the option available from Staples. He explained the pricing and timing that I could expect. He assured me that if I was not satisfied I would have the ability to return it. All went well.

Cross pen compatibility
I have 4 different pens that need Cross refills. After inserting each of them with the Monteverde refills they all continue to work as expected with a high degree of quality. This 6-pack exceeded expectations.

Monteverde Review
i purchased these refills because it was difficult to obtain the actual Cross refill. They may fit but they certainly don't write as smoothly as an actual Cross refill.

I was very happy with the employee that took the time to look up the ink refills that I needed. I am sorry don’t have his name. He ordered them for me and I received them within a few days. I appreciate good customer service and I’m very grateful.

Glad to have found these refills that fit my pens !! The small plastic covering on the tips are kind of sticky and take a little effort to remove.

Monteverde pen refills
Well I couldn’t find the proper refills anywhere but staples came to my rescue found them for me ordered them I had them within a few days and I was back in full swing. The reason that these pen refills were crucial to me is because I needed them for my professional logo pen which I give to my clients. YAY STAPLES
