Irwin® Hi- Vis Retractable Utility Knife
The bent handle is comfortable in your hand and the casing is very durable when compared to other brands in our warehouse.

Unable to Get Blade Out
As a couple other reviews have said, actually getting the blade out the first time requires additional tools. I only wish I had seen those reviews before I purchased it as I don't have the tools needed. So... it's a useless tool right now. Will be purchasing something else.

Hard To Get Blades Out
It took us about an hour to figure out how to get the blades. We had to take it apart. There were no instructions to do so

Utility Knife
This Utility Knife is great. The only downside is that one needs a screw driver to put a blade in place for the knife to work. I had to find the screw driver first…in the office?…
It would be great to have a small device included with the knife to do the job.
