An all around go to pair of pliers.
These pliers came with a set of Journeyman's tools that I received in the 1990s as a graduation present from College. Although they are more than 30 years old now, they still work like the day I first got them. They have been through a lot. Heat and cold, been dropped off roofs, ran over by a truck, but have always been there when needed. Can't say enough about them exc...

I ordered this item for the explicit purpose of the crimping function as apparent in the photo on the listing. The item that arrived is similar but does not have the crimper. It is useless to me.

An all around go to pair of pliers.
These pliers came with a set of Journeyman's tools that I received in the 1990s as a graduation present from College. Toughest pliers I own.
Can’t remember when I got these pliers but they’re at least 10 years old. They’re always on top of all the other pliers in my plier drawer as I use them the most. I’m a home handyman and use them for everything; electrical, plumbing, automotive, home repairs, etc. The pivot rivet is still tight but smooth so they’re a pleasure to use.

Worth the money.
Bought this pair to go with the rest of my tools, 15 years ago, convenient to have the 12 ga. Stripper but with some skill you can strip other wire as well. Been working in the electric field for years Klein tools never failed me. ( unless I lost them or had them stolen) worth the money if your going to use them all the time.

Good pliers

As for being pliers, it doubles as a 12g stripper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive just graduated Hvac school, and I've started buying all my hand tools!, I got these from my local supply house... they double as my strippers for 12g wires... its convenient, just strip and crimp and you're done!
