Out of Box Failure
This memory reader would not make a connection to the USB port in both of my computers unless I put pressure on the reader. Clearly a bad connection inside the reader itself. Staples was great about a refund just a hassle to go back to the store.

Out of Box Failure
This memory reader would not make a connection to the USB port in both of my computers unless I put pressure on the reader. Clearly a bad connection inside the reader itself. Staples was great about a refund just a hassle to go back to the store.

Haven't tried it yet. But loved the last one.
It's fine but I am still NOT happy with my new HP 17" laptop. It isn't working like my old one did and it is very frustrating. 3 very nice service guys worked on it and one of the managers. I had it back several times. I'm kinda winging it. Not happy. Takes to long to figure things out on it.

Vivitar reader
The reader worked great on a very old SD card. But what really impressed me was the knowledgeable and helpful young man who knew exactly what we needed and helped us find it. Great service!

The Vivitar Copy Transfer Back Up is very satisfactory and so far I have been unable to have any recent photos on the camera so I will work more with the Vivitar as time permits. So glad to find this useful photo tool. Thank you Staples! Shirley Gregory

Product failed to work.
We tried this unit on several laptops it never turned on. We needed this for a class reunion to collect photos. This was not the cheap one. Upset with this product.

Works well
I couldn’t get my eclipse photos to transfer from my Canon Rebel T6 to my laptop either by cable or bluetooth. The Vivitar card reader worked first time without any hassle.

Does the job
I replaced a non-working card reader with this one. I haven't had a chance to test all five card slots but so far it works no complaints.

Works great!
I needed a reader that would get the photographs from an older Olympus camera card - this does it perfectly! I now have them stored away where I can view them any time I want.

I HATE IT
Cheap plastic feel. It works as it should but whoever designed it is an idiot. If you want to have another USB device like a Mouse receiver in the slot next to it this bulky behemoth is in the way. Also. it pushes on and annoys the HDMI plug next to it. As you look at it the SD card goes in upside down. I can't say enough how much I hate this cheap plastic piece o...
