Terrible Product
Purchased this keyboard and keys constantly stick and type multiple strokes or Nothing at all. I tried to contact Staples on a chat and couldn't even type to tech. Warranty is mfg not Staples.

Works as advertised
Good wireless keyboard & mouse combo. My only complaint is that the numbers lock does not indicate whether it is on or off. It would be helpful to add a light (or indicator) showing on/off.

The keyboard and mouse was better than expected. I was expecting a USB tab for each but found a single tab which wirelessly connected both keyboard and mouse to computer. This saved me a port which is very beneficial when I travel.

Missing key function
The Caps lock does not give and indicator light letting you know if caps are on or not. My organization does not allow for any software downloads was hoping the indicator light would be on the keyboard itself.

Great keyboard so far
The easiest keyboard I've ever setup bluetooth dongle pairs easily with windows 11. We will see how the keys holdup to our reception demands.
