Beyond terrible
I have hanging files in this cabinet--within the hanging files I have regular-size tabbed manila folders. The tabs catch because there's not enough clearance at the top. This doesn't make any sense to me. You get a file cabinet to store files and they don't give enough clearance for standard tabs. This product is ridiculous.

File cabinets were returned because they were damaged. Therefore I cannot honestly review the product. I am waiting to see if replacements are being shipped out.

Hon 4 drawer file cabinet
I purchased 2 of the HON file cabinets and they are great quality and fit my needs for my office. They come with keys to lock the drawers and are numbered to match each cabinet. They are sturdy but light enough (when empty) to slide around on carpet to move to desired location. I recommend the file cabinet for the price sleek design and quality.

Bought this to replace a cabinet that didn't lock. Nice not having to deal with wire frames to hang files on. But the drawers are bellied in which makes them narrower in the middle. Because of this the files don't have enough room and hang crooked. Other than that it does the job. It arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I would probably buy another one before...

This cabinet meets all my expectations. Drawers easily slide in and out. They close completely. It is well worth the money. You get what you pay for!

Excellent file cabinet
The two Hon 310 file cabinets purchased are of excellent quality well constructed and solid. I consider Hon file cabinets to be one of the very best file cabinets available. My experience with Hon file cabinets has always been positive especially since they have outlasted any other file cabinets purchased over the years.

hons 4 drawer vertical file cabinet....
it's well made and works great.... like it a lot... I bought another kind and found it weak and falling apart but the hons 310 is great.. I couldn't want anything more... my mom has a hons and has had it for many many years... it still works great..... I am very happy with mine and staples was helpful to deal with....

Good but not same quality as earlier versions of same model
For what I bought it for it works fine. But...I have bought 3 of these Hon cabinets same model number over the past 18 years: 2002 2010 2018. The quality has decreased in each subsequent one: metal thickness latch and lock operation (not as sturdy sticks) even the HON label on the front went from metal stamping to plastic glue on."They don't make them like they...

This Hon file cabinet was shipped promptly and arrived sooner than I expected. It was packaged adequately--no bumps or scratches when removed from the carton. Item was exactly as described. Very pleased with this product.
