Item arrived demolished by truck line. Refused the shipment.
Terrible communication from Quill on delivery time. Tooks weeks to get what should have been days. And then when it arrived it was destroyed. This is more of a review of Quill and thier shipper than HON. I'm sure the cabinet would have been fine if hadn't been destroyed by the truck line.

Great But
I would have given this unit 5 stars except that the dimensions are wrong. They do not count the handles which protrude an inch. Therefore my closet doors would not close. Other than being a inch deeper than stated this file cabinet is great

Perfect for my Home Office
This filing cabinet is just what I needed. I ordered it online and it was delivered the next day. No damage at all! I unpacked it and set it up in about 10 minutes. It is very sturdy and all the drawers glide easily. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Not what they used to be
Seems to lack the quality (rollers and latches) compared to a previous cabinet from years ago. Rollers not really smooth and latches tough to open and to catch when closed. Does the job but not thrilled.

Not Worth the Price
Based on the description and price expected a sliding back-stop that would support weight of files. Instead was just a bar that clips-in and gives no support to files. Lightweight easily dented metal. Very dissappointed.

True Professional Grade and Beautiful
As a private users this is our first and only vertical file cabinet. Before purchase I did lot's of research and even contacted HON the manufacturer for information about specifications and differences between the series. The 510 310 and 210 series are identical in quality and all have steel ball bearing slides (unlike the nylon rollers of the old outdated series ...

Excellent Cabinet
File Cabinet arrived in perfect shape. Drawers open and close easily and securely. All drawers open completely not 3/4 of the way as the cheaper units do. Would recommend this cabinet.
