u shaped bristles
We had to return this broom because the bristles were u-shaped (pointing to the ceiling) and we found it impossible to make bristle ends contact the floor. Good prank broom or pinata party accessory. If you need to sweep something, this will not to work for you.

what broom?
Twice we requested the broom bristle which apparently was not part of the order even though the description surely described it as a whole part. Twice I received the handle and never the broom bristle. On discussion with Staples.com was told it was a separate item but they offered another brand and fearing these would not fit I cancelled the order. Very disappointed.
