Superior customer service!
No matter what you purchase Staples online ordering is easy and safe. I had an additional request for a delivery preference. I phoned customer service and they immediately offered me a great resolution to my shipping needs. Also I received my items the very next day. Perfect.

Smooth like ice on glass and fast drying!
These are by far the best pens on the planet if you write big and like your signature to stand out. They are light and has the perfect shape for comfort and makes you want to write for hours. I buy these by the boxes. Although I get the refills (LR10-A) on Pentel.com cause they are only 1.35 but for the pens this is a great deal!

Nice and bold and real smooth.
Nice and bold and real smooth. Too bad it's not offered in black--only in blue via online service. Too bad also that no other brand that comes in bold is offered by the store online. This is it. I can only use bold so this is all there is for me. But at least they carry one brand that has bold.

Love these gel pens
these are my favorite gel pens out there and I've tried quite a few of them. I love the 1.0 tip it flows smoothly and dries quickly. I buy them in bulk.

I would buy this product again
I'm a pen craze so I've searched many products out there and this one runs #1 on my list. Glides smooth like the thickness and color of ink and color does not fade after. Must try this pen if you have a pen fetish like me.

Stand-out Red
When the pen is first going to be used I remove the ball from the tip and scratch on paper a few time to get the ink to flowing. Once the ink starts flowing good it is a deep red color. I use it to mark the wall calendar with my appointments both personal and business.
