Not a good investment
We have purchased 4 of these w/in the past few years and 2 of the trash cans don't work. We've bought the ac adaptor, which I think it wrong that you have to purchase it separately, so we wouldn't be spending a small fortune on batteries to use the trash can. Do not waste your money on this. You will be buying something else w/in a year or trying to just through hoops t...

Not worth it.
This can is not touchless. We always have to "push" the OPEN button to throw something away, but if you walk past, it will open. We ended up buying a foot peddle opener.

NOT A GOOD BARGAIN
Bought this garbage can for it's touchless capabilities and the fact that it has a lid. The unit requires 4 D batteries, not included or an adapter also not included. Stopped working after 1 month. Changed the batteries, nothing happened. Ordered the adapter, still not working. Just clunked out. Can' t do anything with it after that just looks nice. We leave the lid ope...

poor product
Lid stopped working after a few short months and company requires me to pay to ship it back to them plus pay for shipping and handling to return it once repaired. It is cheaper to buy something else and move on.

Second one even worse than the first
Second one ordered, the second received was worse than the first. The lid does not close fully, changed batteries, lubricated the spring, latch, etc and still a bad buy. Would not recommend.

Awesome
This is an awesome idea at an awesome price. We searched the internet and this was by far the best price. We ordered two for our office washrooms. They work just as they should. I would suggest these to anyone who does not want to touch the gross lids of bathroom garbage cans.
