Not what I expected
I was looking for a little sturdier knife for my office break room. These knives are pretty flimsy and small. I went with them because they were a Dixie brand described as medium-weight. They just are not what I expected.

Office kitchen supplies
We recently purchased a Dixie® Plastic Knives Medium Weight White 1 000/Bx. The online purchasing was a breeze. Thank you STAPLES. The knives are sturdy for spreading or cutting soft to medium items (i.e.: spreading cream cheese cutting into an orange peel...HoweverI we would not recommend cutting an apple pear or meat w/ the knife.
